When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During drops or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping times and costs vary
depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: customs duties, taxes, or import fees
may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon
as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled and must follow our return process.
What is your return policy?
EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unworn, and in original
condition with tags attached.
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Are your drops limited?
Yes. Most of our releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Once an item sells out, it may not return.
How do I know what size to choose?
Each product page includes sizing information. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering we’re happy to help.
How should I care for my items?
Care instructions are provided on the garment label. Improper care (e.g. washing incorrectly) may affect eligibility for returns or refunds.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your order following our return policy and place a new order.
