Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

 

How to Return an Item

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at: support@2headz.online with your order number and intention to return.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and unworn
  • be in their original condition
  • include all original packaging, tags, and labels

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor are present, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer.

You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the item back.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days of approval.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as permitted under EU law.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • customized or made-to-order items
  • hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed or worn (including headwear worn directly on skin).

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered and a replacement or full refund will be issued.
